Resource Management game made during Inclusivity Game Jam 2021
Developed in 48 hours together with 4 of my friends. We managed to win first place out of 19 entries! For this project, I acted as lead programmer.
Technologies used: Unity, C#, Backtrace.
Links:The themes of the Game Jam was "Inclusivity" and "Find it, fix it". The goal of the game is to find a way to distribute the tasks to different pirates who have unique traits and keep the ship afloat.
I worked on designing and programming the game systems, controlling the characters and implemented the water shader.
I later came back to this project and added character trait randomization to add replayability. I also added simple modding support which allows players to add in their own traits into the game.
